Ventilation matters as much as the surface. We balance soffit vent intake against ridge vent exhaust so the attic stays dry and cooling bills stay down.

Where a roof is flat, we spec TPO or EPDM membrane instead of forcing shingles onto a pitch they can't handle.

Nothing gets hauled to the dumpster that could be salvaged. We tarp, we sweep the lawn with a magnet for nails, and we recycle tear-off where the yard accepts it.
